Dave Cummings is the owner of Tradebot Systems and Tradebot Ventures.
Tradebot uses computer algorithms to provide liquidity to the stock market. Dave started Tradebot in 1999 out of a spare bedroom with a $10,000 investment. Some days Tradebot accounts for over 10% of the total U.S. stock market volume.
In 2008, Dave started Tradebot Ventures to help Kansas City build the next generation of high-growth technology companies.
Dave is the founder and former CEO of BATS Trading. Since its start in 2005, BATS grew to become the 3rd largest stock market in America, providing competition to NASDAQ and the NYSE. In 2008, BATS expanded into Europe.
Dave holds a degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He is a life-long member of Platte Woods Methodist church. He lives in Parkville, Missouri with his wife and two kids.

Jennifer Tomlinson began her career at Tradebot as the Assistant Controller of Tradebot Systems. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and the Missouri Society of CPAs.
Jennifer was previously with KPMG as an audit Associate. She was promoted to Senior Associate and ran the audit engagement for an SEC client. During this time she was involved with multiple acquisitions, as well as working on various due diligence teams.
Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor's and Master's of Accountancy. When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys reading, baking and spending time with family and friends. Jennifer lives in Kansas City, Missouri, with her husband and son.

Eric Buer joined Tradebot in 2009. He focuses on reviewing the financials for potential investments. He works with portfolio companies to improve their financial reporting systems. He also contributes to other projects throughout the Tradebot organization.
Eric was previously with KPMG in the Audit practice. He served as a lead Senior on several public and private clients. While at KPMG he was a member of two engagement teams reviewing multi-billion dollar acquisitions and audited a client owned by a PE firm that routinely acquired and divested production facilities.
Eric graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with a BS in Accounting and Management. He is a member of the AICPA and both the Kansas and Missouri Society of CPAs.
When Eric is not working he enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating at the Lake of the Ozarks, snowboarding, and training for triathlons. He resides in Olathe, Kansas, with his wife and daughter.
